If your boiler is running but you have no heating, no hot water or both have stopped working, I can investigate the cause.
Boiler Losing Pressure
If you regularly need to top up the boiler pressure, there may be a fault or leak that needs investigating.

A fault code can help identify where to start looking, but the underlying cause still needs to be diagnosed correctly.

Sometimes a problem that appears to be a boiler fault is actually elsewhere in the heating system. I will check what is happening rather than simply assuming the boiler itself is at fault.
What Happens When You Call Me?
1. Tell Me the Problem
I will ask a few questions about what the boiler is doing and any fault code or symptoms you can see.
2. Advice First
If there is something sensible and safe you can check yourself, I will tell you before arranging a visit.
3. Arrange a Visit
If the boiler needs looking at, I will arrange a convenient time to visit and investigate the fault.
Repair Before Replacement
A broken-down boiler doesn’t automatically need replacing. Where a sensible and economical repair is possible, I will explain that option to you.
If the boiler is older, parts are difficult to obtain or the cost of repair makes replacement worth considering, I will explain that as well. The decision is yours.
