I will ask a few questions about the problem first. Sometimes I may be able to give you useful advice over the phone. If a visit is needed, I’ll arrange a convenient time and come out to investigate the problem myself.
I believe customers should understand what is happening in their own home. If I find a fault, I’ll explain what I’ve found and discuss the options with you rather than confusing you with unnecessary technical jargon.
A Lifetime Around Plumbing & Heating
My experience with plumbing and heating goes back to when I was around 12 years old. Over the years I’ve gained a huge amount of practical experience working with boilers, heating systems and plumbing.
That experience matters because faults aren’t always as straightforward as they first appear. A problem that looks like a failed boiler may actually be somewhere else in the heating system, while a small plumbing problem can sometimes point to something that needs further investigation.
My approach is to investigate the problem properly, work out what is happening and then explain it to you.
