Tell me what is happening with your boiler, heating or plumbing and when you first noticed the problem.
2. I’ll Ask a Few Questions
I will ask a few questions to get a better idea of what may be wrong and whether there is anything useful you can safely check.
3. Arrange a Visit if Needed
If the problem needs investigating in person, I’ll arrange a suitable time to visit.
Advice Over the Phone
Sometimes a problem may have a simple explanation. If there is a sensible and safe check you can make yourself, I’ll try to help you over the phone first.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, or the fault needs proper investigation, we can arrange a visit.

Don’t worry if you don’t know what is wrong. That’s what I’m here to help work out.
If you’re calling about a boiler, it can be useful to know whether there is a fault code showing on the display. For a leak, tell me where you can see the water and whether it is still leaking.
If you don’t know any of this, just call anyway and I’ll ask the questions I need.

I’m based in Carlton in the NG4 area and normally work within approximately 12 miles of my base, covering Nottingham and many surrounding areas.
